Providing financial assistance to students acquiring higher education and attending a Historically Black College and University

RRWSF realizes the importance for young adults to know and develop a strong sense of themselves, their responsibilities, and their place in our ever-changing society.

We look particularly for those community-minded young adults who display this understanding.
